The picture of the truck code is not accurate. It said it was bottom left in truck when it's really up top so I didn't see it. So I grabbed the wrong truck with hardly any gas. On the freeway, the truck started violently shaking for a few minutes.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNo check in was done, the attendant on duty was with another customer and instead of asking me to wait so they could inspect the vehicle they asked for the key and sent me on my way. Not very inviting or courteous.
CHRIS Wnot a thing. Prompt and very friendly service. Easy location to access. Ability to drop off even if business was closed.
Donna JDealing with these folks at this location, was a dream! Very easy the pick up and drop off and very accommodating. Thank you so much!
Eric SThe check out experience on the app is horrible. The location is great. They have no control over the app. I used the app in Washington state and had the same experience. You need to update your app and make it more manageable. I had to call in three times to get assistance to check out my truck and I was there for forty five minutes doing it.
