The app is frstrating and needs work. The picture areas were inconsistent. When i picked up the truck I was able to attach my own pictures. But when I delivered it back, I had pictures ready but could not attach them. Forced to use your prompts to open the camera. Overall both pickup and return were ridiculously slow and time consuming. Separate a lot of that so it can be done in advance. The biggest frustration was when I went to your app to fill the truck back up, the details page DID NOT give me any information to know how far to fill it. I needed to know the miles to empty and the gas gage level. That was frustrating! Think about what information your customers need and when. I am sure that info was somewhere on my receipt, but this is a paperless process, so needed information should also be showing on my app. The pickup mileage on the truck would also help.
