First UHual broke down less than a while from pick up location. Second Uhual wasn’t received until 4 hours later, after being refused to be given keys. The entire situation was a mess, I do NOT recommend. Go to Home Depot for a smoother experience.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck was filthy dirty - out of all the years, renting from U-Haul I never had a truck smell so bad or been filthy. I used it for a local haul of one piece of furniture. I could hardly stand to drive the truck and I went probably less than 50 miles.
GARRY NYamit was very accommodating and easy to work with.
Rae AI was charged for items that I did not receive with the truck (dolly, furniture pads)
