My only comment would be the surge brakes on the trailer were not effective. Somebody needs to check into that!

ROBERT JThe pickup was super easy and the onsite manager was so friendly. She had everything we needed ready. The truck was clean and drove great. The drop off was also super easy. It made the whole experience convenient when the hassle of moving is already so inconvenient. Thank you!
Natalie CThis was an excellent experience. She was attentive, courteous, had a great sense of humor, kept the place spotless, offered me coffee and water. The equipment was east to access and return..... My only request is for U Haul to provide them with a couple of 4x7 utility open trailers. Thank you.......
Anthony FI didn’t like how it was a virtual agent only. They were helpful and courteous, but I had an issue getting the key out of the lock box and there was no one there to help me if my husband hadn’t been with me.
