The location was fine, but was not my original location of booking. U-Haul changed my reservations to three different locations before the actual pick up date and sent me to a location that didn't open until after my pick up time. The lady at the location was nice enough to go ahead and give me my items 30 minutes early, but U-Haul did a terrible job at scheduling my pick up. Due to the location change this created me to have to drive 25 miles further in the U-Haul than I would have which cost me more money. I would like a U-Haul representative to call me. I deserve a refund for some of my money and I will never use U-Haul online to book my truck again.
