This place was extremely sketchy. I 100% will never come back. I was harassed outside the store by three men cat calling me and was very scared. The man even at one point said “I’m gonna take that truck”. Very bad neighborhood and no one is around if something were to go wrong. For U-Haul you have to take photos to return the truck so I was forced to stay outside and try to take photos asap while these creepy men harassed me. No woman trying to move should be put in dangerous situations like this. Thank god I had my finance with me but never will come back that was horrible. Please do better and pick safer locations before something bad happens to someone.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck was left with demoition/remodeling debris. I did clean up the debris myself and spoke with the facilitator about this issue and hoped to recieve some compensation for it. I was told he would look into for me. The location is not ideal and would not recommoned due to saftety reasons in that specific neighborhood. People standing outside of coner store asking for money, etc. The store clerk was very polite and professional.
Jose RThis location could not have been worse. This is one of the worst areas north of 90 for a pickup. I would not recommend anyone to pick up in this location due to concerns about safety.
Gwyneth LSuper cool 👍
Mohamed KThe convenience store was not even open when we showed up to get the truck. They were 45 minutes late. Building was sketchy and mice were running across the floor when we got in.
