Make sure you have enough dolly's. Had to go to 4 different places to get one. I did get charged for extra mileage but that was because I was looking for a dolly.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIf using U-Haul go through a U-Haul location not these off shoot gas stations
ron jExcellent service from employees, considering the fact this is a gas station. I had a great experience with this location! Better service than certain U-Haul locations in the state. Thank you!!!
Angel OCharged me for an extra day even though I dropped it off a day early and charged me 2 gallons of fuel for a total of $71.00 when I filled it up at the location 2 mins before drop off.
Adonis MI was not sure I was at the correct place the facility that holds the trucks is in rough shape there siding falling off the building and the gas pumps have a layer of dirt. The staff were nice but did not know what they were supposed to do to rent out the truck . Fortunately I filled out everything online first so I could prove I had a reservation. In the truck there was food debris in the cup holders and on the floor
