Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe vehicle was out of gas, and I was hoping to be compensated for returning it with a quarter tank.
MARVIN JMy whole experience from picking up the U-Haul to the movers I booked with U-Haul was the worst experience ever. They changed my reservation pickup location without calling to verify information. They sent no instructions for mobile pickup when I initially wanted counter pickup when they changed my reservation. The movers cancelled my reservation when I tried calling them no one picks up or calls back. This by far has been my worst experience with U-Haul especially with moving from one state to another.
Jessica CMy experience was so on point before and after the job. I don’t have any dislike. My helper were on point as well.
LUCILLE BOver charged and also showed up late to my scheduled pickup. Made me late for my job and then charged me more for showing up 17 min after the scheduled time when her herself was late for pickup. Bad customer service
