Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisShowed up approximately 10 minutes prior to my 8 AM pickup time and did not leave until 8:52. The one renting the Uhaul showed up well after my 8 oclock rental time and could not figure out how to get through the process as he said this was his first rental he had done since taking over the business. He tried contacting the local Uhaul representative which took awhile. Finally got on the road and the Uhaul got stuck on flat ground in a storage facility. I called the business I rented from as they are also a tow company and they said to I would need to call Uhaul first. I called Uhaul and they were able to get a tow truck from this same company which is approximately 2 miles from where I was. It took them approximately 45 minutes to show up. I am grateful the four men moving my stuff were understandable on the approximate 2 hour overall delay. I hope this Uhaul vendor is able to figure the process out and flows smoother for other customers.
