Vicky, the Uhaul representative at this location was outstanding in every way. She went out of her way to help us at the end of the day. We really needed the truck and she made sure we were able to get it. Very few times do you run into such an outstanding human being. She is an asset to Uhaul and you are fortunate to have her as an employee.

I was told to drop off at nearest location to me in Warrensburg. I only had the truck for 4 hrs. You all charged me almost $500 extra, which is about all the money I had
Jeffrey GFaster registration and return vehicle process.. Staff was not trained to follow through process … leading to late start and completing check out. Confusion about fees leading to nearly over payment of extreme amount… Staff seemed to be under-trained and unable to resolve problems….
gavin fSo I paid for the insurance so if there was any issues, then there was a five dollar fee if I was to break down or get a flat tire if I didn’t pay for that five dollar fee I was reliable for anything that happened to the vehicle if it got a flat or breaks down I don’t feel that that is my option my pay at all I think that’s stupid. I paid for the rental truck. I paid for the mileage. I paid for Insurance then I paid another five dollars for this fee. I think it was absolute bullshit and I will look other options before ever coming back to U-Haul. I still never received a email after I returned the vehicle and told me a price or anything so I have no idea what I actually paid not happy at all. I have been a customer for over 20 years and I will look into another company.
Linda GNot prepared. Didn’t have all equipment. Forced to go to another location to get remaining equipment (I got charged the mileage ) then charged me for two gallons of fuel. I got fuel next door and checked level twice while filling. Total BS.
