Terrible experience. This location was mentioned to remain open till 5 pm but it was closed when I reach there at 4:40 pm and my pick up time was 4:45. It took me almost 30 minutes to release the truck. Morover, truck was quite dirty and I had to clean it first. I already uploaded all the documents and checked in online but still I was asked to do everything again before getting the code for keys. I will never recommend this place!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNothing it was so easy and staff very pleasant
LAVON OThe air conditioning unit did not blow cold air. Other than that, the vehicle was fine.
DARYL GI drove for 6 miles only and they charged for 4Gal gas and plus $30 for fuel service fees. That’s not fair. I don’t recommend this place.
Kyaw Lthis was a very easy pick up and drop off. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THE BLACKSTONE LOCATION. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, 3 DIFFERNET TIMES !! SOMEONE NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THE MANAGMENT AND EMPOLYEES THERE. ONE OF THE GUYS I BELIEVE IS ON DRUGS.
