Rude and absolutely no help. Trailer was not inspected before sending out…filthy, muddy, and major lighting issues that took two different companies to fix causing major delays in our move. Would never recommend or use this dealer again nor his district manger who was a liar and jerk. Dealer should be removed as a dealer due to attitude and what he said as should his manager Josh, very rude and hateful to me with husband listening and he did not approve of his actions. Our previous rentals and dealers in Manteno and Marseilles were ganantastic as were our drop off dealers.
