Melissa WI have to note that this was the third location we tried to reach. The original location given by the store in Michigan was not even open. They got on the phone with us and helped us find a location that was. U-Haul needs to do a better job at vetting drop-off partners. The three locations we saw looked either closed or super sketchy. We eventually ended up dropping off at an actual U-Haul location where the service was much better.
