Firstly, the pick up location (Holman Seed Farm) was incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond the necessary to insure I had all the information and guidance I needed. Plus they were very friendly! Secondly, twice I had to phone in to your toll free number for help. Josh fielded my call first and was incredibly helpful and informative and transferred me to the correct department. At this department the young lady was VERY kind and friendly and again, incredibly helpful. I phoned in a second time to be greeted by name by yet another amazingly friendly and helpful young woman. U-Haul, you be got a GREAT organization of people making your name the best! Great job everyone!

I always rent from Holman!!!
GINGER SWhen I picked up the truck, I was informed the previous customer left the tank under 1/4 tank of fuel. Even though it was marked at 1/4 tank of fuel, I took a pic to show closer to 1/8 tank of fuel. Very frustrating that the very first stop I had to make was to find a gas station to put fuel into it. Otherwise, I was satisfied with everything else.
