Staff was very courteous and friendly. We did not like the invasion of privacy. Pictures of everything from insurance to license plates. I understand that you have to cover yourself but I have been a customer for a long time. Your employees aplogized many times, corporate is cracked down. At what cost?? All the trailers were old and rusted and tired, we looked at all of them a pick the best one. Door was hard to close and took multiple times to lock. Everyone the was helping use move hurt themselfs one way or another on your equipment. Hitch was difficult to tighten, chain old and rusted. Overpriced for what you get. Great service.. really tired old equipment. Not acceptable to have great employees making excuses for the company's shortcomings. I guess it's ok when your the only game in town. Will look harder next time.

The drop off was fine. However the pickup process was a real hassle. The clerk informed me that she needed to speak with an alternate contact prior to handing over the keys to the truck. I wasn’t aware of this policy and wasn’t able to immediately connect with anyone who was awake at 7am. Although the policy seems to offer very little in the way of preventing theft, if this is now a requirement, it should be addressed online when the vehicle is being booked instead in store.

There wasn’t anyone in the location when I arrived. I had to wait about 20 minutes before someone showed up to help. I think he may have been the only person working so I think he was working as best as he could based on the limitations.

I did not receive the appliance dolly, which caused us to delay our move a day which also caused us money. The truck had a patch in it so when it rained, it ruined my bedside table completely. I had to wait at the location over an hour just to get my tow dolly installed, delaying our move even more. When we asked the associate why it was taking so long he told us it was corporates fault, and we should call them. I would tell everyone, even shout it from a roof top to never enter use this location!

The pricing is a little bit ridiculous. I had a cargo van for 2 days, drove under 200 miles and ended up paying over $200. Why does your truck say $19.95 a day and I was charged $79.00 a day? I paid less moving from Denver to Colorado springs. I just don't get the pricing.

Your employees had to explain to me everything not to do in a U-Haul for about 5 minutes, then proceeded to do it again to my husband. We’ve rented U-Haul 8 times at least, this was annoying and a waste of time. Then an employee calls me at 8AM asking me why I didn’t bring U-Haul back, when my email stated 11:30 AM. Always have to wait forever at this location, won’t be back.

There was a film of oil in the bed of the truck. We cleaned most of it up in order to not delay our move. Other than that the staff was awesome to deal with and the online process was ver convenient.

Nate was great working with for dropping off the equipment. Went through all the procedures for dropping off and worked with me on some clerical issues. Even went in and printed me a receipt with no issue. Will highly recommend this location.

Your computers were extremely slow and we had an almost 2 hour check in even after doing the check in on line.

I used the pre checkout process including giving Credit card and DL photo on line. When I went to uhaul store I still had to wait in line for 15 min to then repeat entire checkout process. At the end I told the rep I would be back shortly to pick up the truck so he gave me the contract and key but said I would need to stop by the counter when I returned I returned I again. I did so but then had to wait 30 min in line, again, so a rep could walk the vehicle with me. In summary I spent almost one hour after I completed the rapid pickup process on line to pick up my vehicle. Next time I will skip the useless on line pre checkout process and just wait in line once for a vehicle.

Everyone was helpful and friendly. The only improve I could see is to, "Update the computer system(s) desktop and servers." Had to wait for an hour check out the equipment because the computers would 'freeze' up, so we had to wait.

The CO location is trying to be helpful - especially the Asst. Mgr. But the problem is, I was initially told erroneous information. I was told that they would price match Budget rental price. I was told that I did not have to pay for the Truck until it arrived in Colorado. Both did not happen or was not true. I had to pay for the Truck before it left LA. they did not offer the price match. I presented the cost of the 15ft Truck and 26ft Truck of Budget in CO and could not get the $217.00 difference in price from the CO location because it did not have the 2nd page of the quote although you could clearly determine the differences of the prices. I got a 3rd quote (which was even cheaper) but because it did not have the exact same dates - it was denied. I don't want the cheaper price - just the original price difference that I provided. They also stated that this should have been done up front with the LA location, but they were not offering it the Budget price match (it depends Ken in LA said). I am caught in the middle between two locations that is costing me $217 dollars because neither location wants to see $217.00 taken from their profit margin. They are pointing fingers at each other which means I am the person in the middle the finger is being pointed at. The customer is not always right - but in this case - I am. Corporate should be involved in this resolution.
