Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis is the second time I rented the vehicle was not clean Mr Dan was not professional he has overcharged me and he is very rude. I have rented from Berger road location and she is very professional vehicles are clean I am stall waiting on my refund from Mr Dan
SALLY-ANN JLockbox 2 was rusted and difficult to open completely when I was retrieving the keys for pick up. The key chain was stuck and couldn't easily open the door. Maybe use a smaller Keychain and use some WD40 on the lockbox.
So YI have rented a U-Haul for my business 4 times now at this same location and it has been a breeze each time. The U-Haul app makes it easy to for pick up and delivery and Dan at U-Haul has been a great source for help when I need it. I highly recommend.
Rebecca PThe truck could have been a little cleaner, but overall, it was acceptable. The person working at the pick up location was pleasant and helpful. The location was very good for us. What U-Haul can do to improve is to give the customer a better estimate of the overall cost, BEFORE they pick up the truck. To advertise it as $19.95 IS VERY MISLEADING. This $19.95 truck that I literally we had for 2hrs and 15 mins. and only went 25 miles roundtrip, TOTAL COST: $100.
