I rented the truck to take Christmas presents that we had gathered at our Plant to give to families that we had adopted for Christmas. When I received the truck, the owner / manager just handed me the keys and told me where it was parked. After getting the truck and taking it to the Plant, we realized that the back of the truck was locked. We needed to get the truck loaded quickly, as we had a full load to take off and not much time to do it. We were given the go-ahead to cut the lock off ourselves, so we did. The truck had moving blankets and a handtruck inside. The manager over the fleet was very communicative and helpful and the cab of the truck itself was very clean. However, the location where the trucks were was very sketchy and I was skeptical to leave my car there for the short time that I was using the truck. I have used U-Haul in the past, and this the standard is not being followed at this location.

Do NOT drop off here. Did not help at all. Barely spoke English. Didn’t help unhook the trailer and asked us to push a trailer on the curb, excuse me? Lazy and never checked me out stating I returned the uhaul same day.
