Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey did not have any pads which I had ordered. The rental person signed the agreement for me without my knowledge.
Don AThe guy that I checked in with was good. But because it was at a convenience store we were interrupted several times with him having to wait on customers verses handling our business with the truck rental. So when I was there on time it took at least 20 to 25 minutes before I actually had the keys in my hands. I only had a 2 hour window to do what I needed to do, and that held it up a little.
Pamela LThey told uhaul I kept unit 2 days didn't have a dolly or loading ramp made the move back breaking
Camaro HPads and dollies were not on the truck and we were charged for them, the representative was helpful and has requested a refund for us
