Location wasn't to bad, area is in a plaza which doesn't provide a whole lot of space to return and park a Uhaul but I managed and I returned it at night so no one was there at that time.

Shawn DLiterally one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The women told me I as at the wrong location for the pickup. I showed her my reservation at the location. "I'm sorry you need to go another place- can't help you." She wouldn't even give me the phone number of the location it was somehow switched to. I was told "you're not a customer here" (they said I receive a text switching the location - not true) So I drove to the other side of town hoping it was there (no answer when I called to verify, they had it) and the man was very helpful and apologized for her. It was almost unreal.
Perry PBox had combination lock no access code had to return the next day to return keys. Manager was not available .
