Very friendly owner handled the transaction. When I came to drop the blanket back off the driveway was blocked but no worries- a staff member came right up and took the blankets out of my car and processed the return without me having to get out, wait for the truck to be move, etc. Really excellent customer service!

The employee who did my contract didnâ€™t print off a copy for me, like every other employee has. He also didnâ€™t inform me that there would be an additional charge if I dropped the equipment off at 8pm (after hours); since I told him I only needed it for a couple of hours. I wouldâ€™ve just kept it all night had I known I would be charged more for bringing it back early. The employee needs to not assume people know the process and inform them. Yes I have used uhaul before but Iâ€™ve never returned equipment early so I wasnâ€™t aware I would be penalized for doing so, lesson learned. From now on Iâ€™ll just do what I usually do and ask for a 24 hr hold even if I only need it for 2 hrs to make sure my schedule wonâ€™t get in the way of me dropping it off during business hours. The truck was given back the way it was given to me. I know the close out process during business hours so I know nothing special occurred to justify the $20 charge but thatâ€™s your policy; so your employees need to inform all customers of this â€œconvenience feeâ€ or at least ask them if they are aware of it before the customer leaves with the equipment.

Uhaul is getting more difficult to rent from.i got a 6x12 open top trailer kept it 3 hours cost me almost $50 .it's supposed to be a 24 hr rental but they nail you down to a time for return so they can charge you for an extra day.i understand you rent to scumbags but other rental companies don't treat their customers like criminals .I'm a repeat customer and had to go through a bunch of b.s. to rent a trailer.i own 4 trailers but they were loaded and I needed to make a quick run that I had an appointment for .never again.

Was not happy with the size of your 5x8 trailer. I normally get the 4x8 but I rented a 4x8 stage. So I decided I better get a 5x8 so it would not be too tight. At any rate, the width of the door was 48" so we barely got it in, not to mention the overhead door wouldn't close properly in the back. I ended up using my own utility trailer and basically wasted $50.

My issue is with U-Haul's alternate contact verification process. It's required to speak to someone and that person state that they know the renter and agree to their phone number being used as an alternate contact for renter verification. My driver's license verifies me, as do my primary contact, by me answering or replying to a text. in addition to my method of payment. I should not have to be subjected to informing someone else of my person or business transactions, giving them authority to approve or deny said transaction. I should be able to rent on my merit alone.

When I picked up the truck, the it had 5/8 of a tank of gas. I returned it with the same amount of gas which was 5/8 of a tank. When I returned the Uhaul one of your employee stated that I did not return it with the same amount of gas. The amount of gas was in my contract as 5/8 of a tank. He wanted to charge me $15 for not returning it with the same amount of gas. I told him that when I picked up the Uhaul it only had 5/8 of a tank of gas. He then checed my contract and saw exactly how much of gas was in it when I picked it up and then he corrected his mistake. He never apolgized for his mistake. My daughter wanted me to used her coupon she gad with $25 off. I was tild by your employee that someone had already used the coupon. I informed my daughter that the coupon was invalid. Sge stated tgat she never used it. I got a text on my phone showing the referrence number of the code which was the same number that she gave me. I don't know what's going on at your location, but somebody needs to be checking you records and your employees. In addition to this , I used my debit card to pick up the truck and told your employee that I would be paying on a different card when I return the truck. One of your employee put the charge on my card when I was told that my card was only being used as a security andmy card will not be charged if I was paying with a different method of payment upon returning the truck. I received a text alert from my vank stated that I had a negative blanxe on my account. One of your employee placed the charge on my account after I paid in a different method. The charges was reversed later. Your employee are telling your customers one thing and they are doing something else. Please check your employees so they can be ob one accord and follow their job description and you policy. You may contact me for futher comments.

This location made me never want to use uhaul again and Iâ€™ve used uhaul a lot, but I wonâ€™t ever again. cJ or EJ or whoever he was is very rude and disrespectful, he hung up the phone in my face. I will never the experience I had was awful and I will make sure I donâ€™t ever take myself through that again...

I was over charged. I payed for an Appliance hand truck they never gave it to me also when I went to drop the truck off (ON TIME) I was charged because their system would not work. It said to turn my location on. My location was on. It never worked! Then I was charged for not being clean. I didnâ€™t leave anything in the truck. When I picked the truck up it had an empty bud light can. No one did a walk through. Whoever had the truck before never cleaned it. When I called about it I was told that I will receive a call back but never did. But yet you are still taking money from me. I went by all of the rules but you didnâ€™t.

It gets tiring when you always have to have another number to call to verify so you can rent a trailer for 1 day.. They do it everytime I want to rent an open trailer.. And if they can't get a hold of someone, they won't let me rent it. which I believe is ludicrous..
