I had issues with the app uploading and accepting the photos for the pickup but otherwise was great and the support chat was able to take care of it!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI returned the truck with a quarter tank MORE fuel than it had and was charged a $7.50 fee for two gallons of fuel regardless. I have time stamped pics. I was also charged a $20 after hours fee when I did not check in with a live human as the invoice asserts. This is fraud and will be reported as such. I was warned by the owners to follow the rules and I did.
Jeff RI was highly disappointed that I ordered furniture moving blankets and I was informed they were not available only when I arrived to pick up the truck. I made the reservation over a month in advance and feel strongly that I should have been alerted prior to pick up time of this change so I could have time to access the equipment elsewhere. I found it to be very unprofessional. On a positive note the staff were very pleasant and easy to work with.
Kimberly JNot an inviting location. Nobody there to speak to. Did not know where to leave the truck.
Tristan HFriendly kind got me in and out fast no hassle
