Showed up at the scheduled time to pickup 20’ reserved truck. Was told to go to different location from previous reservation, an abandoned building with trucks around but nobody to issue keys etc. After being on hold over 30 minutes with corporate they tried putting me in 10’ truck that was too small. Nothing was prepped, snow and ice covering windows with no ice scraper available. Just given set of keys to go find the truck on my own in big lot with numerous trucks. What you could improve: Have employee retrieve correct truck, inspect it for any issues, and have it staged. Then bring the truck to the customer on time and ready to go
MATTHEW HThis location never have the equipment that I ask for and I never get an email or call ahead of time. I was charge a hold of 100 and was not warned about this until afterwards
AIMEE PMy elderly mother ordered this as a one way online for me and somehow we ended up with an in town rental and we're charged over 2k when I dropped it off. Terrible will never rent from U-Haul again. Also had safemove insurance and that should've covered it but didn't.
