The "clerk" seemed to have little idea how to get the truck. We did online check in and went inside for the keys. First, the place itself is super sketchy and smells bad. The guy was at a folding table and was asking us to provide codes for a key box that doesn't exist and also seemed to have no idea how to find our reservation. The order included a dolly and furniture pads, neither of which was on the truck. The guy searched his store for the dolly and ended up sending us to another location. The other locations response to it was "of course he didn't have one, Harmony doesn't carry dolly's". The guy at Harmony said he "didn't see it on the order". I would never go near the store again much less rent from that location.

Gary GIt appears this location is going out of business. The contact# was disconnected and had to Google the business to see hrs. of operation which was 11a-7 p. I ended up getting charged an extra day and had to finally call the "GO U-haul" number to get my refund...look to see this location to be closing soon. Thanks and thumbs up to Faye at the Go U-Haul#...great customer service rep!
cynthia sThe closing time was 5pm instead of 6pm posted on U-Haul. My pickup time was 4:30 and I was running behind. I almost missed being able to pickup the trailer. Need a way to verify store hours if they have changed. The store owner did not know I rented the trailer until he checked the computer. Need a way to alert the store when someone has rented a unit. A phone call to verify or a phone alert? If the store would have decided to close early because normal business was slow, customer might miss picking up the unit.
