This location had a super friendly lady behind the counter that gave me 30 extra miles on the Uhaul rental for free. However, this is the only compensation that I received for the extreme inconvenience that Uhaul caused me that day. Firstly I got a call saying that my Uhaul was going to be late because they back-to-back booked the Uhaul and the guy returning it was running late. I told the guy over the phone that I needed the Uhaul at 12pm because I had movers coming at 12:30. He said the guy would drop it off at 12:15. I arrived at 12:15 and the guy wasn't back yet. After about 10 minutes I was sent to another location 15 minutes away because the location I was at didn't have a Uhaul for me, but this other location did. I got to the other location and after waiting in line for about 10 more minutes I was finally able to start the process of getting the Uhaul. At this point, it was 12:45 and my movers had arrived right at 12:30 and were sitting around getting paid because I wasn't back yet. The Uhaul they gave me was out of gas so I then had to go straight to a gas station and oh by the way I was now 25 minutes away from my apartment. I got back at 1:20, so I paid my movers to sit there for 50 minutes doing nothing because Uhaul back-to-back booked my Uhaul and couldn't make the situation right in time for me to get the Uhaul when I scheduled to get it. Overall the day ended well; I got the Uhaul eventually, the movers moved everything, and I returned the Uhaul with ease. However, I was genuinely disappointed there was no further compensation since I had to go way out of the way to get the Uhaul and since I paid the movers, which aren't cheap, for 50 minutes of sitting there waiting.ABBY W.

I had to put down a $100 security deposit, which was fine with me. But how long do I have to wait to get my money minus my fees for the rental bavk? The faster I get, the better U-Haul looks.LISA T.
Staff was awesome! However the truck wasnt. It did the job but,motor pulleys noisey when first started,the drivers door kept opening a little bit,burned lots of oil,the dolly and furniture pads were not zip tied and was nervous about being charged. The online inspection wouldnt let me upload pics. When I returned I told the staff and they reduced the price for milage and didntt charge Me for the dolly and pads.ANTHONY L.
I was charged for using the dolly because it is kept on buy a small piece of plastic and broke off during the drive or was not properly put back on before I took ownership of the truck. On top of that, the mobile check-in is the most inefficient and backwards process. Will not be using U-Haul again.NICHOLAS E.

I thought the whole point of filling out an application the day before was surpose to save us time. When I got here I still had to send you a picture of my driver's license, picture of me, fill out more papers and wait for you to call my second contact person. Then I still had to go inside and get the key. I should have just went inside because I still was exposed.Roosevelt S.
Never given contract. Never told the amount that would be charged until returned the unit. Charged for over 40 miles when only drove 19.6 miles because of false contract emailed after the fact. Workers didn't wear masks or wore them down. Attempted to give me a broken dolly and when I requested a different one to rent, I was billed $150 for the dolly. If I had not demanded a written receipt before I left, they would have never fixed the invalid charge. Something that should have been approx. $50 was billed at $100. Stay away. Interior of truck was clean. Exterior front needed washed. Dolly was not in truck. The automated checkout system told me to go in and get key, not dolly, so it was forgotten. The charge for it was removed without issue, which was great. The truck worked fine. It wasn't immediately clear to me whether to put gas in it; i had to dig thru the fine print. The lady who gave the key seemed pleasant and i did not wait long. I wasn't sure i could squeeze the truck out between two others but there was just enough room. Entering two additional contacts was a pita. Failed when one was additional driver. Wouldn't unfail for a time. Frustrated, starting to wonder if counter would have been easier. Overall I think automated checkout sucks but ultimately did save me a lot of time with only one lady holding down the fort. Some slick IT going on, applaud that, but it's still a pita.Devin M.

Wait time was ridiculous, truck was dented and did not run well. During drop off the worker was outside talking to someone in a car..when she came to us she stated she would email the receipt. I had to go back because I knew I owed money and then had to wait to pay.Alyssa D.
