Olayinka DI would like to have customer complain for below reason: 1. The truck is dirty as fk. Many trash under driving seat and there were pickle source on the dashboard… 2. Charge the wrong gasoline fee and when I pick up the car, the gas tank is almost empty. I went to gas station to add the gasoline and the meter is higher than the original level when I return it, and they still charge me fual service fee with extra 2 gallon gasoline???? What a liner
Liang-Hung CJust had some issues on the returning process. The staff were pleasant and prepared. Also, was patient when running into challenges while picking up the truck. However, was charged incorrectly after the return which is still in process of figuring out why.
ARIANNA GMy experience at this location was unacceptable. The truck was rented to me with a missing wiper blade, which severely obstructed my visibility and created a major safety hazard during the drive. Upon returning, the parking lot was completely unplowed, causing the vehicle to get stuck. To top it off, the clerk failed to process the return, resulting in a phone call hours later asking where the truck was. Between the equipment safety issues and the administrative errors, this was a very poor experience.
