There was not the dolly that I asked for when reserving the u haul at this location. The guy helping me tried to get me to take a smaller vehicle & wasn't reading the reservations. There was no walk around with me to check out the vehicle. The U haul itself was dirty & had obviously been in some sort of accident. There was a crack in the windshield & damage down the driver's side along the wheel were it appeared to have be hit. I got a text to take pictures of the vehicle with any damages before leaving the facility, but I had already left when I got the message & the clerk never mentioned anything about sending a text or taking pictures. I did take pictures on my own though before I left.

KAY PDidn’t tight on hitch , almost met an accident . Trailer damaged my vehicle. I myself installed both chains, the representative didn’t want to put the chains , I had to ask and assist him .Left brake light was inoperable.

ROBERT RThe person working at this location was not familiar with anything. She couldn’t use the computer to do my paperwork and dispatch me, she called the scheduling center and they did it for her. She also couldn’t hook up the trailer. She called her bf who didn’t even work there to come help,
