REILEY CThe gentleman I spoke to via text was very accomidating and professional. The owner however was not! I was told 3 times my refund would be issued via emt back to my account. It's almost 5 days since my rental and I still have not received it. I've inquired about it Via Mike who has been great and apologetic . He left a message with the owner earlier this morning at its 730 pm and still nothing in my account. I've rented from uhaul many times, always, had great experiences. Not this time! I won't rent from this location again.
