Only thing that might be better is coming up with a way to keep up with the litter that blows in from Monument Blvd. Then, the place will be a beautiful and welcoming as the people who work there. The hidden fees is something that always blind side me. I rented a truck that was half full and u- haul stated it was full and charged me an extra $22. I nor any of my friends will ever use u-haul again.Qutinton W.

The vehicle had a lot of preexisting damage that was not marked on the truck and the link that had pictures noting noting the damage was not showing any pictures. I was also charged for 2 gallons of gas after I dropped it off, but I added gas before returning the truck and the truck had more gas than it did when I rented it. Showed up at 7am, 8 customers in line, 1 person to help customers, badly understaffed. Charged me $14 for a trailer plug adapter that a different location let me use for free and return. Consistent policies at all locations will help with the customer experience.PAUL L.
I had 3pm reservation on a Saturday afternoon. When I got to store I was 7th person in line. Your ONLY window person was waiting on a customer. At least 15 minutes later a 2nd clerk opened the adjoining window. At that time the SAME customer was dealing with the same rep so NO ONE else had been serviced. When I got waited on It was when the initial customer left and I went to the 1st window. By then the new clerk had waited on 6 customers. It appeared some customer had not returned their rental and the clerk called at least twice while we were all in line. I was too embarrassed after I was waited on (quite efficiently) to even look back and see how long the line was. The rest of the experience on phone and at site was very good.JOHN B.
I called on 2 separate occasions and both times was asked to hold for over 20 minutes. 1) I called to see if they actually had trailer hitch adapter equipment â€œin stockâ€. 2) I tried to call to let them know I would be dropping off the trailer 2 hours late due to an accident on the Bay bridge.
