BRADLEY SWhen I went to drop off at 3:30 pm on Thursday the 10th, they where closed. Could not get ahold of anyone. Their hours are 8-5. I left a message and no response. Was able to return Friday, the guy there said the guy that handles the returns was not there, so I left it un-inspected.
Sharah AI should not have been charged for the overage miles because my reservation was to pick up in Salina and drop off in Belleville, uhaul made me drop off in Concordia so I had to back track which resulted in an overage in miles.
Erica STony was very helpful and helped hook up. He was very pleasant and accommodating. I will definitely be renting again from this location if needed. Great!👍🏻
