I don't think it was the locations fault, but I was never given information on how to pick up when the location was closed for business. Phone calls with Uhaul were frustrating. They wanted me to download an app. Keep in mind, older people don't use all the apps. There are still people that do things the "old fashioned way"! Like talk to people. So they sent me a link, but we were in the middle of nowhere and the information I was putting in would not load. So more frustration! I had to call uhaul back again, they transferred me to someone else - who really did not have good customer service skills. It was an extremely frustrating experience!
