The Bike Shop hours are listed as opening at 9 am but they said they open at 10 and even then they were still not open past 10:30. Cellular signal is terrible there for both AT&T and T-Mobile so the uhaul app would take forever or time out. It literally took me an hour on the phone with a rep but she still had to wait for my pictures and app to upload. The truck was the most banged up truck I have ever used. The bumper was slightly off. Also when returning the vehicle, there was no clear place to park it because their driveway was blocked with cones. This is my worse UHaul experience and I will NEVER rent from this location again.
