Scott CWasn't able to pick up truck until about 5pm, due to computer problems. I had to make 2 trips there and the truck still wasn't ready after they called and told me to come back cause it was ready. And then it still wasn't ready. Made my girlfriend late for work because she was my ride there to drop me off. They had to redo paper work to do a different reservation and charged my card twice once on 3/29 and once again on 3/30 for the same amount and only got to use the truck Saturday cause of problems with my reservation that was guaranteed. This was a terrible experience with the hassle of moving, but to not have the truck I reserved to be able to move my stuff. I had to work all night to get back on schedule. This is the 1st time I have ever used UHaul, and was really disappointed and aggravated. I should have been taken care of for all the issues I had with my guaranteed reservation. Plus I had to have the truck back the next day at 3pm even though I did not get to get it when I was supposed to.
