I was told I would get my 100 cash deposit back. I did not get it! They said they would mail it. Which is not what the pick up spot told me.

THE TRUCK WAS DURTY MY PICK UP LOCATION WAS CHANGED I WAS TO GET I FREE MOUNTH FREE SHED RENTAL THE SIZE I NEEDED WAS UNAVAILABLE THE NEXT DOWNSIZE WAS UNAVAILABLE THE NEXT SIZE BIGGER WAS WAY TO BIG AND TO EXSPENSIVE SO I HAD TO PUT EXTRA MILES ON THE TRUCK AND I RENTED IT FOR A DAY AND RETURNED IT THE SAME DAY WITH LEAVING IT CLEANER THAN WHEN I GOT IT I GOT NO REFUND WHAT SO EVER BECAUSE OF NO SHED MY BROTHER IN LAW TOOK HIS 37.OOO DOLLER CAR OUT OF HIS GARAGE SO I HAD A PLACE TO PUT ALL MY STUFF THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST U HAUL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AND I HAVE USED U HAUL SEVERAL TIMES OVER 30.YEARS

Adele SMy target location is a u-haul site, but wasn't on the return list. There was another u-haul depot just west of where we were in Montgomery, but again not on the list. What was on the list were all 12-15 miles away.
