Very remote location , there was no staff to receive the equipment. Very confusing as to returning the equipment. Place was outdated and abandoned. Very sketchy place to return the truck

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI did not finish moving because the engine light came on and the truck was making noises.
Priselda GWould have preferred having a person available during turn in.
bill hThere was a lack of communication between the store employee who usually has the truck key with the employee behind the counter, Took a while to get correct key. Employee was polite though.
Misty BThe windshield had just been replaced and whoever replaced it didn’t hook back up the windshield washer arm and in a torrential downpour the arm flew off on a cross country move. Your lucky there wasn’t an accident because we couldn’t see out the front window at all. Terrible experience.
