That the fuel in the truck is better monitored we were told it had half a tank on pickup where actually only had between a quarter and a half which might not sound like a lot but on a truck that size is about 30-40 dollars in petrol , which we had to swallow

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisi was double charged on rental and the newly new truck already had an exhaust leak. the young lady was GREAT
Jeffrey SInstructions were self drop off, however, the location does not have a drop box for keys. So the rentals can only be dropped off during business hours which was not communicated in the instructions.
Tanner CThe attendant was behest. He was super friendly and helpful!
Kori MI called the 800 number because I couldn’t find a Porter location close to me. The lady that answered that 800 number went above and beyond to call locations to see if anybody was open. Then she text me an address as well as an after hour app in case I didn’t make it in time to drop it off. The location that I was sent to on 1314 a storage house had a clerk that was working till 5 PM. He made it his business to come and greet me, tell me to go inside why he looked at the car and got me checked out. The whole experience was phenomenal.
