Get the trucks fixed. Don't let people drive them when you have a big side metal peice flaping by the tire. Also have gas in them when people pick them up. Mine had way less than a 1/4 tank of gas

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck did not have any of the items we ordered in the vehicle plus it had additional charges we didnt ask for.
Terry Jeasy drop off, plenty of parking space. The online help was great.
Dylan RThe U haul representatives were helpful when I called. The process of using the app to rent the u haul was overwhelming and a disaster to say the least. I would never recommend anyone to rent from a U haul place unless there was someone there, on sight (in person) , to assist. The app process of checking in is a nightmare. When I returned the truck, there was someone there to assist so it was really helpful.
Shannon MThe only thing I found wrong on the truck was the drivers side window kept coming down. I would have to pull over and roll it back up because the road noise was terrible.
