Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI did mobile pickup, up the combination boxes were mixed up. Luckily the man working the store was able to come help me and he was super nice. He was able to open the box using a different code.
Tiffany WI returned a truck with mileage below the one stated in the contract and with full tank. One day later they charged my credit card for extra miles and gas cost without informing me. I had proofs supporting there were no extra miles and full tank. They stated their data was correct ignoring the proofs I sent them.
GLORIA AThe gas station was a little dingy looking but staff were nice and friendly .
Gene RMy only negative was when I walked into the store, the person behind the counter was rude and not helpful just telling me they were Uhaul was closed and I had to do it online. That was it. I did figure it all out, and the process, while cumbersome, went flawless. Thank you
