Sean BWhen I arrived at the drop-off designation, which was clearly specified in an email to me, I was told that they had no record that the trailer was to be dropped of there. I wasted more than 30 minutes before the could get some confirmation to that effect. We I asked for a receipt, I was told it would be emailed to me. When I had not received the email confirmation within 3 hours (it was not in my Spam filter), I called Uhaul customer service to make certain that everything was okay. Only then id I get an email confirmation to that effect. It should not be that difficult.
