His address was locatable on Waze, he was terrible for helping and made me try to back the trailer into an almost impossible little hole between an old trailer and a pile of gravel which he had to shovel to make larger. I had to try to place the trailer myself like 5 times before I simply dropped it where it was. It looked like a freaking crime scene where the drop off was. I would never, never, never even think about going there again. In fact I am going to consider other moving companies because this drop spot should not be allowed.

I have brought a trailer here twice and both times the guy has had me take the trailer off myself. The first time he wasn't even there and he wanted me to drop it off on a hill with no wheel chucks. This was after I had waited for him to show up for 30 min. Then the second time he did the same thing but finally had a single wheel chuck for me to use. He hid in his office and didn't bother coming out to help me take the trailer off. After I dropped it off on a Saturday he didn't get the paper work in till Tuesday. All in all the place is terrible to return to and the guy needs to be taken off this list and not be given the chance to work with uhaul again.

Shawn MThis was my first time rending a U-Haul trailer, so I was unfamiliar with the process. The mobile app experience was very poor - I was prompted to upload the same photos multiple times, and the workflow kept restarting - I had full 5G(UC) connectivity with a modern Google Pixel phone - it really should not have been that hard.
