Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisYou may have had the truck serviced, but you forgot to reset the oil life timer. I had to sit in Amarillo for 3 hours to get roadside assistance to confirm that I could keep driving the truck. That ruined our time for getting home. If they don't service trucks at most locations, it would be helpful to be able to look up a maintenance record than having to wait 2+ hours for someone to stare at it, top of a fluid and push a button to verify that I won't be ruining the engine. It was extremely irritating. It's probably not the locations fault, but I don't know who's responsible for it.
Cinnamon SThe experience was outstanding. The customer service exceeded every expectation. The agent went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied and had everything I needed for my trip.
CHRISTOPHER LThe equipment was in very poor shape, they didn’t even come outside to properly attach or secure the equipment. The staff said here’s the number it’s outside in the back. Unprofessional, no accountability
Thomas CEasiest drop off ever!
