Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisA formal complaint has already been submitted. Upon returning the trailer, I was asked where I picked it up bc the tires were physically falling apart and shouldn't have been on the road, let alone under load. I had just completed a 200+ mile trip in 108+ degree heat (temps ranged from 108-118). If the tires had blown or come apart on the road, I could have been in an accident, caused an accident, and/or been stranded alone in the middle of farmlands or on the side of the highway. Looking at the tires, I am lucky nothing like that happened and I made it to my destination safely. The UHaul rep here is very nice and the process was simple, but I can't ignore the fact he attached a trailer to my Jeep with tires on it that shouldn't have still been in use.
Courtney CThe old man running it was great. He’s not trying to make friends so don’t get your feelings hurt 😂. Will use them again.
Vebi SThe kids dropped it off for me while I was in the store so I didn't see any one there.
TAMMIE JThis is not my first time using this location and it will not be my last. The proprietor of the establishment is always very welcoming, helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend this location to anyone.
