i had reserved a 20' moving truck at a location that was closer to me. however a week before i was told there was only.a 15' truck further away. this is the second time in two occasions where UHaul has changed my reservation, inconveniencing me with revised reservation with no compensation. the smaller truck was not able to accommodate my move in one trip, so i had to make two trips, thus increasing my mileage rate and overall cost. what's the point of being able to select a certain vehicle and pickup location if they're just going to change it anyway.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEverything was good except the issues I had with the app. I had to use the website on a regular browser, which make me lose 30 mins of my rental.

David LNone of the equipment was clean when we entered the vehicle. There was dirt everywhere and the cupholder of one door was LITERALLY FILLED WITH WATER
