Well the place and guy there was great. However the person who I talk to on the phone at the 1-800 number dropped the ball. He was supposed to send the information to the place that I was getting a 20ft because they couldn’t get a 10ft there for me. To give it to me for the price of a 10ft. I’m thankful that the guy gave it to me for the price of a 10ft. He believes me and trusted me.

HARREL WClerk was super nice
Jan MNo one knew where the key to the truck was. We waited nearly an hour to get the key and had to talk to U-Haul customer service to find out that the key had been in the key drop box the whole time. It was a very frustrating experience. The process needs improvement, and the staff needs better training. I was on my lunch break when I picked up the truck, which made me extremely late getting back.
Thomas BThe U-Haul app is awful. When it is working, it takes almost 15 minutes to go thru all the prompts.
