Everything was great from truck quality, pickup, and using the app. The only concern, which was a big one, was that I was not given instruction on where to return keys when dropping off after hours and using the app to return the truck. The app return-truck process was smooth, but it said to leave keys in the drop box, and there wasn’t a box at this location. This caused me to look around for 20 minutes at the store outside in the dark. I eventually found on online chats that the best option was to lock the keys in the U-Haul, but it would’ve been great to have been told what to do with them ahead of time, saving me my time and the stress after a long day of moving and just wanting to get home.

Antonio CEasy pick up. Nice truck. Great experience.
PHILIP HGreat service this time. I appreciated the help. The truck was dirty due to all the mud around the property. I didn't mind though.
