Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI will not recommend UHaul services because of their registration policies. I was forced to book 4 days and only needed 2. I returned the vehicle the next day and did not receive a partial refund. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Robert HUhaul changes my drop off location to somewhere off highway 85 in Crestview when I picked up the truck and I am glad I called to have them change it back to 880 W James Lee Blvd. This location has ample parking space and the staff is super friendly and had out of this world customer service! Drop off location was easy to navigate and maneuver through for a person who doesn't drive big trucks very often.
Nathan PFirst time using a location that was not manned, different experience but it was a good one. Likes the fact that when we were done even though it was late we could return the truck through the app, take the pictures and load all the info, nice easy experience
HOLLY HMake sure the unit is clean when you get a new rental. Like go in and check. You are making money. Taking 5 minutes to make sure your truck is up to standard should be...well, standard practice.
