They were closed on Saturday and it was not clear how to get through the gate so we could drop off; we eventually found someone who had the gate code.

This was my second time to rent the same size truck in Crockett. Both of these trips were great. They let me return the truck this last trip to Houston nearby my home there, about 4 miles away. It was great. The fees were acceptable. I am totally happy with UHaul.
Louis SI tried to follow the instructions on the paperwork to call when I was going to drop the equipment off to no avail. I did not feel the equipment was safe in the location where I had to leave it.
Laura CThe rep was told I only needed a one day rental not a 2 day and that the insurance was quoted at $30.00 not $45.00.. Instead of handling the issue right then she told me the return location would handle these issues as they would be the one's to charge my credit card. That did not happen as the return location told me that the pick up location was the one who initiated the charge to my credit cards. Needless to say I was overcharged on my credit card and will have to fill a dispute for the charges. The rep at the pick up location was not on site when I arrived to do the return and was not helpful with issues I had regarding the charges for the rental. I have yet to hear back from a member of management regarding getting a credit for being overcharged.
