The wrong truck was sat out vs what the number in the app was. There was no hand cart rental in it so I lost my money on that. I guess I wouldnt do self check in next time

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNo issues. My go to spot for U-haul renting.
Raymond TMy experience at the Crofton UHaul location was impeccable. I walked in the establishment, was greeted by Mr. Lee and he proceeded to answer all of my questions. He did not over sell me when I expressed my needs. The van I rented was clean and operated smoothly. I also appreciate the grace I was extended, by Mr Lee, when my plans did not go accordingly. I would recommend the Crofton UHaul to anyone. Thanks for your support.
MATHEW AFantastic experience all around - the owner/proprietor was very accommodating, and I will continue to rent from him every time I need U-Haul services. Highly recommend!!
Carvel HAC didn't work. There was a dolly inside and the back was full of dirt and rocks. The suspension had us bouncing all over even when the back was loaded. Gas efficiency gage was broken too. It was the worst truck I have ever used from Uhaul and I rent regularly for my job. I was very disappointed. Though the clerk jumped to clean it out and take the dolly when I pulled up. I didn't know the ac was a problem till I was on the road and didn't have time to go back a second time to change out trucks.
