We dropped off the u haul at a location that did not have decent signage but we knew we were in the right place as there were other u hauls. There is no staff or office; no direction on where to park the truck, we called the number on our confirmation/receipt from U-Haul as instructed after we dropped off and the person who answered the phone said t\”they don’t do that anymore” ??? I called our pick up location and even tho this is not their responsibility they assisted us. Again, I believe it was David. Pick up location, once again, very helpful he reassuring!

Rob CThere was no drop box and this address is not a functioning business. I had to drop off at another location close by. This added additional mileage charges. I could not talk to anyone from Uhaul every time I tried calling. Not likely to use Uhaul again. Moving is stressful enough. You shouldn't add to it.
Lori NEasy to find. Good sight distance on the highway which provided adequate time to pull out onto the highway and pick up speed.
June SThe dealer that the reservation had been made with on line wad closed and the truck was not there. I had to be sent to another location to get the truck When I got the truck it had not been swept out.
