A large truck blocked getting the trailer dropped off at the upper lot. Luckily found a place by another trailer to drop my rental off on lower lot near street. Office closed so did not meet personnel.

Steve CMy trailer was there but the person in charge was gone. I was scheduled to pick up my utility trailer at 12 Noon The guy at the desk didn't know how to check it out. I did my check out and paid online with my bank card'. He said the man in charge won't be back until 2:30 PM and I should just wait. I didn't have time to wait 2 hours. why6 did he put this guy in charge, and he doesn't even know how to check out a trailer previously paid online? Instead, he called another U-Haul place in town and told me to go there. In the end it worked out OK. But it was a big inconvenience. I really like the fellow that runs this U-Haul place and don't want to see him in any trouble, but he should have trained people to take his place when he can't be there.
