Rented 10 furniture blankets but they were not in the truck. Used the 24/7 pick up so the facility was closed. Could not get the blankets.

Rebecca P.I reserved as pick-up through the office onsite. The onsite office is closed on Fridays. That triggered a bunch of hurdles and phone calls in order to be able to take the truck through Uhaul. Additionally, there was no dummy for which I requested and paid for.
Steve M.Normal working hours, went to drop off. Difficult to find. No one on site. When we called the number posted on the single tiny sign were directed straight to voicemail. Not very helpful at all.
