I picked up the truck with 1/16 of a tank of gas. That is unacceptable barely made it to a gas station to fill it up and I guess that’s normal for U-Haul. Just returned it with whatever anyway last time I ever rent you all I guess I’ll just use target or some other company. Just ridiculous.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDog hair in cabin. Location unable to provide moving pads and dolly. Claims to have made note in file, but I was not informed until they opened for business day of and called several times.
Richard RIt was a ghost town. Nothing but a pile of rusted springs mattresses years gone by and a couple of soiled couches in the middle of nowhere. Bo one was there
Mike MA little frustrating when I first tried to check the truck out. Took me 30 minutes to get "verified" which impacted my use time. Truck itself was clean and exactly as described.
Jessica CThis is an unmanned site, no one it there to help you with anything.
