U-Haul truck did not contain dolly and furniture cushions on original pickup. Had to come back to U-Haul center separately to pick them up which was an inconvenience.

Having to use the ap to sign in was not that easy
DAVID HThe pickup location has nothing to do with my rating. The condition of the equipment is the problem. The truck was frankly, crap. The steering was loose meaning that the truck drifted constantly. The check engine light came on so we stopped and checked the oil. It was two quarts low. When I called in and requested assistance on the app the response was quick, so that’s good. But they told me that it’s fine to drive on with the check engine light. Which likely means that it was a maintenance reminder light. Soooo…we did the maintenance by adding oil. I won’t be renting U-Haul trucks anymore. All of my experiences with U-Haul over the years have been poor due to age and condition of the equipment. I do have to say that the people I interacted with at U-Haul were great, either at pickup or drop off or through the app. All that said, nope. I’ll rent elsewhere next time. Is there such a thing as a new U-Haul?
BOHDAN WMy van had a bit of an odder, but it worked for the job. The guy at Ormsby Motors was super helpful.
ROBERT NIssues over all with entire experience. Was told the day before I was scheduled to pick up that the truck size i wanted was not available. Had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to get truck. Pick up using app was confusing and asked for a password which was not mentioned before. Truck had only 1/4 tank of gas. Guy at Arms by motors coukd not help us.
