They came early Saturday morning and jacked the truck. I kept telling him that the load was not secure and he didn't care. The truck sat in their lot, which is only open Monday thru Friday 8-5pm during the week. Now I'm supposed to pay them for my damaged antiques that I didn't have access to retrieve my things. Then Tuesday I was only allowed access from 8-12 that morning. I saw sooo many U-Hauls there and being brought in. I have to wonder why?? I'm in Maryland and my truck was brought to WV. NICE HUH??? Now they are trying to bill me $1,270??? WOW ✌️ 🫶

John PStaff member first told me I had to contact customer service because my unit was due back yesterday. I had to explain no it wasn’t , that’s when I picked it up. Very unorganized and unprofessional
Matthew AThe truck was on the main lot and the trailer was across the street. I had to pick up the trailer my self and return it to the same spot on a narrow hilly road. For what I was charged they should at least had every thing ready to go. As far as u-haul goes, all I wanted was a pick-up truck and a tow dolly, but that is not allowed by them to tow a 1975 jeep cj5. I had to use a 20 foot truck and dual axel trailer. What a joke. My vehicle has a 5000 pound towing capacity, which was not good enough for them. Will look for other options in the future if needed.
